Key Responsibilities
Media Buying & Planning:
- Develop and lead the media buying strategy across digital and traditional platforms (TV, print, online, social media, etc.), optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Manage the end-to-end media buying process, including budgeting, planning, negotiation, and execution of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and adjust strategies to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to explore new media opportunities and trends.
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Oversee the content team to develop engaging, on-brand marketing materials (articles, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns) that drive brand loyalty and audience engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and vision while boosting customer conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce impactful visual assets for campaigns and digital platforms.
Marketing Planning & Execution:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing brand initiatives.
- Coordinate across internal teams (creative, media, sales, and product) for timely and successful campaign rollouts.
- Align marketing initiatives with the company’s broader business objectives and brand strategy.
Customer Service Oversight:
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure top-tier customer experiences and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Use customer feedback to refine marketing campaigns, product offerings, and service delivery.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage media buying, content, planning, and customer service teams, providing strategic direction and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across all teams.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities to support team growth.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for media, content, and customer service initiatives.
- Track expenses, optimize spending, and maintain campaigns within budget.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, particularly in media buying, content strategy, and planning within the fashion, retail, or related industry.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams across multiple marketing functions.
- Strong track record in executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in customer service strategy and its impact on brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email, etc.) and traditional marketing methods.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with a strong grasp of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
