Job Description
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct research concerning the target of market customers and marketing strategies related to OFD’s overall business across all brands and geographies
- Gather and analyze data such as customer demographics, preferences, needs and habits, in order to identify potential markets and determine the factors affecting the demand of QSR / CD brands’ products
- Obtain and analyze data such as industry prices, sales, marketing methods and distribution pertinent to OFD’s / brands’ peer groups and conduct a comparative analysis to understand existing gaps and OFD’s / brands’ market positioning, against competitors
- Conduct market research to determine target market customers and advertising need and monitor market trends and dynamics to ensure that OFD’s / brands’ industry tactics are addressing market requirements
- Branding Management: Work closely with Operations to ensure proper communication and effective execution
- Ensure and execute promotional plans for each brand, monitoring where image or brand collateral is displayed or used for commercial purposes
- Work closely to support the business development and Marketing team for any brand promotional activities/events
- Provide support in ensuring that all marketing collateral, promotional material and other communication material for marketing and customer attraction are compliant to franchisor branding guidelines
- Design and implement department strategy and roadmap to support in setting / updating OFD’s strategy
- Establish department’s plans and provide input to OFD’s goals that support its overall strategic plans
- Collaborate with managers to identify departments’ required projects to meet future demands
Job Requirements
- Proven Market Research Analysis experience
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
- Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- BS degree in, Marketing or related field
- Master Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Brand Marketing , with at least 4 years of experience in a senior managerial position
