Job Description
- Analyse current Performance situation in terms of digital channels used, source countries, creatives used and tools.
- Suggest new acquisition channels, tools, Performance enhancement automated tools or enhancements if needed.
- Nurturing current leads Funnel with needed content, emails, or whatever content to increase conversion rate.
- Fully own all customer touch points whether organic by suggesting or paid activities to ensure smooth lead conversion Funnel.
- Lead creative team in terms of paid creatives needed whether videos, images or inforgraphics in order to maintain lowest CAC with proper conversion rate.
- Search and Suggest new opportunities for source markets, language to increase potential students.
- Analysing current and future data to track future opportunities to decrease CAC and increase conversion rate.
Job Requirements
- A degree in business, marketing or similar
- proven track of performance Marketing experience.
- +7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, media buying or paid acquisition.
- Extensive experience in Gulf countries especially Saudi and UAE.
- Advanced experience of Meta, tiktok, snapchat and Google ads.
- Experience with retargeting tools such as Criteo is a plus
- advanced user of analytics tool especially third party connectors
- Good to have experience with conversion ads, retention activities and loyalty.
- Brand awareness ads including engagement and similar doesn't add much to this positio
