Job Description

Job specific responsibilities:

  • Execute business development strategies to ensure long-term success
  • Identify and approach prospective merchants to present the value proposition of our services
  • Managing merchants to help expand our market presence
  • Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
  • Resolving the problems and the major issues by providing creative and practical solutions
  • Evaluate sales performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
  • Report to senior management on progress and issues
  • Present & acquire business Deals & its P&L.

Job Requirements

Job Specific Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA 
  • 15+ years of experience in the ICT industry Essentials of Territory management, Fintech experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Territory management
  • Strong communication, negotiation ad interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and having the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of the local market and merchants’ landscape is a plus
