Job Description
Job specific responsibilities:
- Execute business development strategies to ensure long-term success
- Identify and approach prospective merchants to present the value proposition of our services
- Managing merchants to help expand our market presence
- Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
- Resolving the problems and the major issues by providing creative and practical solutions
- Evaluate sales performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
- Report to senior management on progress and issues
- Present & acquire business Deals & its P&L.

Job Requirements
Job Specific Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA
- 15+ years of experience in the ICT industry Essentials of Territory management, Fintech experience is a plus.
- Advanced Territory management
- Strong communication, negotiation ad interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and having the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the local market and merchants’ landscape is a plus
