Job Description

We are a new and growing doughnut brand looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our first location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, including team management, customer service, inventory, documentation, and day-to-day performance. This is a great opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store according to daily procedures
  • Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Train new staff and manage work schedules
  • Ensure cleanliness, product quality, and food safety standards
  • Track inventory and manage supplier orders
  • Handle daily sales reports, petty cash, and bank deposits
  • Maintain store documents (staff files, inventory logs, invoices, etc.)
  • Monitor waste and control costs
  • Respond to customer issues and ensure a great in-store experience
  • Coordinate with the owner for updates, promotions, and operational improvements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage or retail management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of hygiene and health regulations
  • Experience with inventory control and cost management
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, POS systems, digital records)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
