Job Description
We are a new and growing doughnut brand looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our first location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, including team management, customer service, inventory, documentation, and day-to-day performance. This is a great opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store according to daily procedures
- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Train new staff and manage work schedules
- Ensure cleanliness, product quality, and food safety standards
- Track inventory and manage supplier orders
- Handle daily sales reports, petty cash, and bank deposits
- Maintain store documents (staff files, inventory logs, invoices, etc.)
- Monitor waste and control costs
- Respond to customer issues and ensure a great in-store experience
- Coordinate with the owner for updates, promotions, and operational improvements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage or retail management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of hygiene and health regulations
- Experience with inventory control and cost management
- Basic computer skills (Excel, POS systems, digital records)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
