Job Description
1. Achieve planned targets which submitted from H.O based on the monthly or quarterly forecast.
2. Increase company GP through selling high-profit products.
3. Opening on time as per company policy.
4. Filing and documentation.
5. Daily checklist.
6. Daily inventory.
7. Train staff on product knowledge, CS, and Selling skills.
8. Display Merchandising.
9. Follow up on shop maintenance.
10. Follow with Retail Manager legal docs. Required for the store.
11. Check Stock transfer in/out.
12. Cash handling daily.
13. Security and cleaning .
14. Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
Job Requirements
● Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
● Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
● Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
● Leadership and organizational abilities
● Interpersonal and communication skills
● Problem-solving attitude
● Flexibility to work in shifts
