We’re looking for a dynamic Area Manager to oversee multiple Mr. Tailor store branches. You'll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring high store performance, managing store teams, and maintaining brand standards. A strong background in fashion retail and multi-store management is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support store managers to meet targets
- Ensure consistent customer experience across branches
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans
- Oversee visual merchandising and stock levels
- Report performance to senior management
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in retail management, preferably fashion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel between branches
- Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- BSc/BA in business administration, retail management or similar field
- MALES ONLY
- Maximum Age 38 years
