Job Description
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications tailored to technical and automation roles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and assessments with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development in the smart automation field.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in automation, smart systems, or engineering sectors.
- Familiarity with job requirements related to smart building technologies, automation systems, IoT, and electrical control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring needs and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using ATS platforms and professional sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
