Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
- Handle recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in [mention industry, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance].
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
