Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter with up to 2 years of experience, ideally from a developer or real estate company, to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment workflows within the construction or development sector and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and job postings.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Assist in other HR functions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a developer or construction company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with roles in engineering, technical office, site, and commercial departments is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
