Job Description

  • Assist in developing employee engagement plans, securing necessary budget approvals, and coordinating engagement activities.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and screening calls to evaluate suitability.
  • Support job advertisement postings across various platforms and job boards.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on defined job criteria.
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Participate in employee performance evaluations and support the review of compensation adjustments.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and follow-up communications through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Organize recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR and recruitment teams.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Human Resources Field.
  • Fluency in spoken & written Arabic and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
