Job Description
- Assist in developing employee engagement plans, securing necessary budget approvals, and coordinating engagement activities.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and screening calls to evaluate suitability.
- Support job advertisement postings across various platforms and job boards.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on defined job criteria.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
- Participate in employee performance evaluations and support the review of compensation adjustments.
- Conduct candidate outreach and follow-up communications through phone, email, and other channels.
- Organize recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR and recruitment teams.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Human Resources Field.
- Fluency in spoken & written Arabic and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
