Job Description
- Ensure insurance forms (form1, form2, form6) are accurately completed, submitted on time to the insurance authorities.
- Review monthly insurance documents to prevent errors.
- Monitor daily employee attendance using systems like ZK and Bio Star and follow up on absences.
- Support the payroll team with updated Salary effects sheet related to bonuses, deductions, and other compensation changes.
- Manage employee resignation processes and final payroll settlements.
- Manage the issuance of warning and termination letters related to long-term employee absence
- Prepare weekly reports on employee returns and resignations.
- Coordinate with the labor office to resolve work-related issues.
- Provide approved attendance data to payroll for accurate monthly salary processing.
- Prepare personnel reports and conduct data analysis as needed.
- Follow up on the collection and verification of all hiring documents for new employees.
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture
- Support additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager to ensure smooth HR operations.
