Job Description

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate interview details to both candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist recruiters with posting job openings on job boards, social media, and internal portals.
  • Track the status of candidates and update the recruitment pipeline regularly.
  • Prepare offer letters, rejection emails, and other hiring-related documentation.
  • Respond to applicant inquiries and follow up on background checks or missing documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities by coordinating start dates and collecting necessary documents.
  • Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and internal hiring campaigns.
  • Ensure the recruitment process complies with company policies and labor laws.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • (0-1)  year of experience in HR or administrative support (preferably in recruitment).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
