Job Description
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details to both candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist recruiters with posting job openings on job boards, social media, and internal portals.
- Track the status of candidates and update the recruitment pipeline regularly.
- Prepare offer letters, rejection emails, and other hiring-related documentation.
- Respond to applicant inquiries and follow up on background checks or missing documentation.
- Support onboarding activities by coordinating start dates and collecting necessary documents.
- Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and internal hiring campaigns.
- Ensure the recruitment process complies with company policies and labor laws.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- (0-1) year of experience in HR or administrative support (preferably in recruitment).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
