Job Description
- Coordinate daily transportation services for employees in collaboration with the fleet department and transportation service providers.
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries and concerns related to transportation arrangements.
- Administer the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of medical cards for employees; serve as a liaison between the organization and medical service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation and medical card usage and updates.
- Support other HR administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administration (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
