Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience who is passionate about finding top talent and supporting the hiring process end-to-end. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support in drafting and posting job advertisements
• Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely feedback
• Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment events
• Provide weekly reports on hiring progress and pipeline status
