About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience who is passionate about finding top talent and supporting the hiring process end-to-end. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and enhancing the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Source potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support in drafting and posting job advertisements
- Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely feedback
- Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment events
- Provide weekly reports on hiring progress and pipeline status
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Good understanding of the full recruitment cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
