Job Description
- Actively source and identify top talent for all open positions using various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, social media, and internal databases.
- Recommend and explore new sourcing strategies as needed.
- Efficiently screen and review CVs, prioritizing the most qualified candidates and presenting a curated shortlist to hiring managers for review.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process for all parties.
- Organize and maintain a well-structured database of candidate applications, ensuring quick and efficient retrieval of information when required.
- Conduct exit interviews with all departing employees to gather valuable feedback and analyze key reasons for their departure from Flex Egypt.
- Assist with the induction and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and informative start to their journey with the company.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment,
- Experience within manufacturing facilities is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Residents of 6th of October City are preferred.
- HR certification is a plus.
