Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career events.
- Help draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
