Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Work closely with department heads to define hiring needs.
Maintain and update the talent pool database.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed.
Personnel Management
Maintain accurate employee records, files, and contracts.
Manage attendance, leaves, and probationary evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Payroll Administration
Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with finance.
Handle additions, deductions, and salary updates.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all payroll data.
HR Support
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- + 3 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on recruitment and payroll.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
