Job Description
Employee Engagement & Experience:
Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance review process, including setting clear objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing development plans for employees at all levels.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the key point of contact for employee relations, addressing workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Mediate discussions between employees and management as needed.
Workplace Culture:
Promote and sustain a strong company culture by initiating programs that support diversity, inclusion, and a healthy work-life balance.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are up to date, legally compliant, and consistently applied. Act as an advisor to leadership on labor laws and best HR practices.
Learning & Development:
Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement training programs that encourage professional growth and align with business needs.
Employee Well-being Programs:
Develop and manage programs aimed at improving the well-being of employees, including mental health support, physical wellness, and work-life balance initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and reward systems to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
HR Analytics:
Utilize HR data to track key metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve overall HR effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on employee engagement and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HR systems and analytics tools is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs that positively impact company culture and employee satisfaction.
