Job Description
Collect attendance and training feedback of all internal and external trainings delivered; consolidate and report results (training)
Assist in implementation of on-job training programs for stores staff to increase the performance efficiency. (training)
Assist in reviewers and reviewees in performance appraisal process to ensure completion on time and according
Assist in all engagement and communication activities carried out in line with department business plan and targets
Collect assessment results and share feedback with candidates in timely manner to ensure pool of talent is effectively managed
Create/update company organization structures and demographics report to share with colleagues periodically
Consolidate reports collected from branches and submit to department manager in timely manner (reporting)
Ensure implementation of all department related policies
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Organizational Development, Training, and Change Management skills
- Experience in implementing organizational development strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the food processing or agricultural industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
