Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining calibers by contributing to and facilitating the management of manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and orientation processes, continuous performance management improvement, training needs analysis, and training plan development. Additionally, ensuring the availability of second-line leadership for all critical and leadership positions through effective Succession Planning initiatives.

  • Takes part in designing and delivering employee training programs (e.g., individual, team, skill-based, and management training).
  • Assists with developing mentoring and coaching sessions for employees.
  • Plays a role in building robust succession plans.
  • Supports the process of designing employee promotion policies.
  • Engages in discussions about career-pathing options with high-potential employees.
  • Works to enhance employee morale through the implementation of performance-based bonuses.
  • Contributes to conducting skills gap analyses to identify personnel needs.
  • Supports in creating organizational charts and clearly defining each position’s responsibilities.
  • Helps  organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  • Helps manage the department’s budget effectively.
  • Involves in calculating employee engagement metrics, such as retention and turnover rates.
  • Participates in performing benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits.
  • Guides team members on leadership and development initiatives.
  • Oversees  sourcing and hiring procedures attract and select high-potential employees.

Job Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development and Succession & Manpower Planning
  • Experience in Educational Institutes is a must.
