Job Description

1. Essential Work Experience

Paid Ads Management

  • Expertise in managing ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter/X Ads.
  • Ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Advanced knowledge of Retargeting and Dynamic Ads strategies.

Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar.
  • Regular reporting on Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Click-Through Rate (CTR).
  • Ability to extract advanced insights and provide recommendations for improvement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Expertise in Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and Link Building.
  • Proficiency in SEO analysis tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
  • Implementation of Local SEO strategies for businesses with physical locations.

Content Marketing

  • Developing strategies for blogs, videos, infographics, podcasts to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
  • Planning content marketing campaigns based on keywords and audience segmentation.
  • Basic knowledge of copywriting and conversion-optimized content creation.

Social Media Management

  • Managing and strategizing social media marketing for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube.
  • Performance analysis, best posting times, and follower growth strategies.
  • Execution of Engagement Campaigns and Community Building Strategies.

Email Marketing

  • Campaign management using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo.

Client Management & Account Management

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their marketing needs.

1. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
✅ 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a marketing agency or advertising firm.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple industries.
Experience managing advertising budgets 
Experience in client relationship management, including strategy development, reporting, and campaign execution.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing platforms (preferred).
