Job Summary:

GAHBIZ.COM is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and retention across our multi-service offerings. These include bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll processing, immigration assistance, DMV services, and government benefit applications. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to attract individuals, small businesses, and families who need our services, particularly in underserved communities. You will also lead outreach campaigns, manage a sales team, and work closely with our marketing and operations departments to improve client engagement and grow revenue across all locations.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract clients for tax prep, bookkeeping, payroll, and government support services, especially during peak seasons.

Community Outreach: Build relationships with local communities, small business owners, and organizations to promote services like SNAP, Medicaid, ITIN applications, and immigration support.

Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a sales team responsible for cold calling, following up with leads, and converting walk-ins and online inquiries.

Performance Monitoring: Set sales goals, track team performance, and provide coaching to improve close rates and client satisfaction.

Cross-Selling: Educate potential clients about the full range of services and increase per-client revenue by offering bundled packages (e.g., bookkeeping + payroll, or DMV + immigration).

Client Retention: Implement client follow-up systems to keep clients returning year after year, especially during tax season.

CRM Management: Maintain and optimize use of CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Promotional Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to roll out seasonal campaigns (e.g., tax season promos, back-to-school government aid support) and measure conversion rates.

Market Analysis: Monitor trends in multi-services, public assistance, and small business support to refine sales approaches and stay competitive.

Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to company leadership, with actionable insights.
