Job Summary:
Project Sales is crucial in driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of high-end building materials and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, consultants, designers, and project owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new project leads within the target market.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the AEC industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
- Provide technical and product expertise to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve customer inquiries and address any issues that may arise.
- Possess a strong understanding of high-end building and finishing materials, including (Porcelain, natural stone, and marble, among others).
- Be able to provide technical advice and support to clients on product selection, specifications, and applications.
- Track and analyze sales performance using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree. Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field) is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales within the construction industry, preferably focusing on high-end building materials.
- Proven track record of successful sales achievement and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license and owning a car are prerequisites.
