Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer specializing in light current & CCTV Solutions to drive sales, provide technical expertise, and build strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and technical proficiency to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical and CCTV solutions.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and provide technical consultations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
  • Technical Support & Solution Design:
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to determine project requirements.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries.
  • Address technical issues and offer solutions in a timely manner.


Market Research & Reporting:

 

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
  • Provide market feedback to management for strategic planning.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in electrical and CCTV solutions 2-5 Years EXP.
  • Strong technical knowledge of light current and network systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Work Environment & Conditions:
  • Field and office-based role with client visits required.
  • Interaction with customers, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Fast-paced and target-driven environment.
