Job Description
- Promote and sell the company’s full range of water solutions products to existing and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and industrial clients.
- Understand client technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and support materials.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Provide after-sales technical support and assistance to clients.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the water systems or industrial equipment sector.
- Solid knowledge of products such as water pumps, piping systems, filters, and boilers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret system specifications.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
