Job Description
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in Saudi Arabia, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape to provide strategic solutions.
- Lead client meetings and contract negotiations
Planning & Campaign Oversight
- Execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and industries.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market.
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business strategy and service offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team and studio to create region-specific campaigns
Operational & Financial Performanc
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and compliance with contractual agreements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management and/or business development, preferably in the GCC market.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to manage high-value clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic & English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle client challenges and apply problem-solving techniques effectively.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
