Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BTL marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop BTL marketing strategies, including events, promotions, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present campaign proposals, reports, and performance analyses to clients.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management within a BTL marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of BTL marketing tactics and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
