Marketing Communications Lead (Marcom Lead)

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Communications Lead to become the architect of our public voice and the champion of our partnerships. You will be the master storyteller and the strategic link between Tawfeer, our valued suppliers, and the retailers we serve.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Own Vendor Co-Marketing: You will own and grow our vendor co-marketing program from end to end. This includes identifying and building relationships with key suppliers, negotiating Market Development Funds (MDF), and executing creative, high-ROI co-branded campaigns.
- Build Our Public Profile: You will develop and execute a proactive Public Relations (PR) strategy to secure positive media coverage, manage press releases for major milestones, and establish Tawfeer as a thought leader in the B2B e-commerce space.
- Become Our Master Storyteller: You will find and create compelling retailer success stories, testimonials, and case studies that build trust and showcase the real-world impact of our platform.
- Lead Event Marketing: You will lead the planning and execution of our presence at industry events, trade shows, and retailer meetups, ensuring Tawfeer makes a memorable impact.
- Champion Our Employer Brand: You will work with HR to create and share content that positions Tawfeer as a top destination for ambitious and talented professionals.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Marketing Communications, B2B Marketing, or Partnership Marketing role.
- A proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing vendor partnerships and co-marketing funds (MDF).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; you can build rapport with everyone from a small shop owner to a senior executive at a multinational supplier.
- Experience in developing and executing PR strategies with measurable results (e.g., press hits, media mentions).
- Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio of work to prove it (e.g., press releases, case studies, blog posts).
- A strategic thinker who is also highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in the B2B, e-commerce, or FMCG/CPG industry is a major plus.
