Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and fast-paced Video Editor & Graphic Designer to produce engaging, on-brand content for all major social media platforms. This role combines visual storytelling and design expertise to create short videos, reels, animations, and social graphics that drive engagement, increase visibility, and align with content strategies.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple brands or accounts, understands social media trends and formats, and can deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
???? Video Editing:
Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, etc.).
Add dynamic captions, transitions, effects, and branding elements.
Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized clips for social media.
Stay current with platform-specific trends and apply them creatively.
Optimize content for different dimensions and specs (e.g., 9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
???? Graphic Design:
Design eye-catching visuals for posts, stories, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and ads.
Create branded templates for recurring content types.
Develop visual assets that align with brand identity and tone.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into visuals.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in video editing and graphic design for social media.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong knowledge of content formats and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Excellent sense of typography, motion, color, and layout.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a content agency or with multiple social media accounts.
Knowledge of animation/motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Canva animation features).
Basic video editing on mobile (CapCut, InShot, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
