Job Summary:
The HORECA Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s sales portfolio within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering sector. This role involves building strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, etc.)
- Promote and sell the company’s products to HORECA customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and approach new potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites to monitor needs, resolve issues, and offer product solutions.
- Track sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, and contribute to forecasting.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service and delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and product tastings.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG sector targeting HORECA clients.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA channel and its dynamics.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
