Job Description
- Client Engagement:
- Identify and reach out to potential buyers and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and answer client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Activities:
- Promote and sell residential, commercial, or rental properties.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients and prepare sales agreements.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Assist clients through the buying/selling process, including legal and financial procedures.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with local laws and company policies.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams for smooth transactions.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (minimum 4–10 years).
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online property platforms.
- Valid real estate license (if required by the region/country).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a Must
