Job Description

  • Client Engagement:
  • Identify and reach out to potential buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and answer client inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Activities:
  • Promote and sell residential, commercial, or rental properties.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with clients and prepare sales agreements.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Assist clients through the buying/selling process, including legal and financial procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with local laws and company policies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams for smooth transactions.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (minimum 4–10 years).
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online property platforms.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by the region/country).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a Must
