Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling a wide range of aluminium facade products — including aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding systems, skylights, louvers, and related architectural solutions — to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project acquisition from inquiry to contract award.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding systems, skylights, louvers, and related products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including architects, consultants, contractors, and real estate developers.
Conduct market research to track facade industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial sales presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals within company guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, production, and installation) to ensure seamless delivery and project execution.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and project pipeline in the CRM system.
Provide timely follow-up on inquiries, tenders, and technical clarifications to ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings, product training, and professional development sessions.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote aluminium facade solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in aluminium facade systems (doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, skylights, louvers).
- Strong understanding of aluminium profiles, glazing, and facade installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
