Job Description
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas or sectors.
- Promote company products (plastic bags, industrial bags, aluminum/plastic profiles, etc.) to clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer contacts, and market feedback.
- Attend exhibitions, events, and meetings as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure product availability and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or packaging products.
- Strong knowledge of bags and/or profiles market is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possession of a valid driving license is a plus.
