Job Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Agent to expand our portfolio of corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet services and/or automotive B2B sales, and a strong ability to build lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients including logistics companies, factories, food & beverage distributors, and other businesses with large fleets.
- Conduct sales visits and virtual meetings to present our solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with decision-makers (Fleet Managers, Operations Heads, Procurement).
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with our operations team to align service capacity with client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
B2B Sales Manager - Outdoor
- Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Outdoor, or Sales account executive/manager.
- Solid sales experience in B2B environment, with understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google sheets.
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- BSc degree in any relevant field.
