Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Agent to expand our portfolio of corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet services and/or automotive B2B sales, and a strong ability to build lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients including logistics companies, factories, food & beverage distributors, and other businesses with large fleets.
  • Conduct sales visits and virtual meetings to present our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with decision-makers (Fleet Managers, Operations Heads, Procurement).
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with our operations team to align service capacity with client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 

Job Requirements

B2B Sales Manager - Outdoor

  • Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Outdoor, or Sales account executive/manager.
  • Solid sales experience in B2B environment, with understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Google sheets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • BSc degree in any relevant field.
