Job Description
Mars Consultation, (a Cairo-based ad tech startup), is building a part-time sales team to bring our innovative services to venues like cafes, restaurants, gyms, beauty centers, hair dressers and clinics. You’ll convince businesses to join our free pilot and earn bonuses + monthly ongoing commissions for every success you will achieve!
Responsibilities:
- Pitch our free pilot program to venue owners in Cairo (cafes, restaurants, gyms, beauty centers, hair dressers and clinics).
- Visit 5-10 businesses per week.
- Build relationships with small business owners and follow up on leads.
- Update progress in a shared tracking sheet.
Job Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Comfortable with in-person pitches and cold visits.
- Self-starter who can work independently (10-15 hours/week).
- Based in Cairo with knowledge of local areas (e.g., Heliopolis, Zamalek, Maadi, Nasr City).
- Arabic fluency required; English a plus.
What We Offer: - Flexible part-time role (10-15 hours/week).
- Per-placement bonus: for each venue that joins the pilot.
- Commission: 5% monthly commission on ad revenue from your venues’ screens (post-pilot).
