Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote ADCO’s offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
