Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

  • Execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and engagement with potential candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Learning & Development:

  • Assess the training needs of employees at all levels and design comprehensive learning and development programs to address skill gaps.
  • Deliver training modules, workshops, and e-learning courses that support employee growth and career progression.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create role-specific training plans and onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and refine programs as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in L&D and integrate innovative approaches to enhance employee learning experiences.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure all training records are accurately maintained.

Organizational Development:

  • Design and implement OD strategies that support organizational change.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Coordinate orientation sessions, prepare orientation materials, and facilitate introductions to key team members.

Support the performance management process by guiding managers and employees on goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Track performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and organizational development, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, L&D methodologies, and OD principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
