Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role also involves assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, participating in performance management and appraisal processes, tracking and managing employee leaves, attendance, and benefits, supporting training and development initiatives, and preparing HR reports and documentation as needed. This position plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5years) in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/systems.
