Job Description
- To set up a new project from scratch including the hiring of suitable candidates, formulation of policy & procedures & implementation of L&D & orientation plan for new hires.
- Support current and future business needs through recruitment, development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Design & Maintain competitive compensation & benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal & labor law compliance throughout human resource management
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Job Requirements
- MBA in HR with a minimum of 10 years of experience as an HR Manager in Manufacturing or Printing etc. Industry.
- Must have fair exposure in recruitment & selection of white & blue color employees.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law of Egypt
- Pleasing personality with excellent verbal & written communication
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
