Job Description
Develop Recruitment Plans
Design and implement comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with the organization's strategic goals. This includes forecasting hiring needs, identifying talent gaps, and creating strategies to meet recruitment targets in line with business growth and objectives.
Sourcing and Headhunting
Manage sourcing strategies to attract top talent using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Additionally, execute targeted headhunting efforts to identify high-potential candidates for key roles.
Screening and CV Review
Oversee the screening process, ensuring a thorough review of incoming resumes and applications. Use ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to manage candidate pipelines effectively and ensure a high-quality selection process.
Pre-Interview Testing
Implement pre-interview testing to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. This can include technical tests, psychometric assessments, or situational judgment tests tailored to specific roles.
Interviewing and Skill Evaluation
Lead the interview process, ensuring structured interviews are conducted with a focus on evaluating both technical and soft skills. Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to assess candidates' potential for success within the company.
Shortlisting Candidates
Prepare and manage a shortlist of top candidates after screening and interviews. Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment on candidate selection and ensure a diverse candidate pool.
Offer Negotiation and Closing
Coordinate the offer process by presenting offers to candidates, negotiating terms where necessary, and ensuring a smooth transition from offer to acceptance.
Onboarding and Integration
Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience from day one. This includes coordinating orientation, preparing training materials, and ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
Continuous Improvement and Metrics
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts by analyzing key performance indicators such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience. Use insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve future processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Excellent communicator
- Well-organized
- A leader and strategic thinker
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
