Job Description
- Handle the recruitment process for senior-level, specialized, and high-complexity positions, from initial requisition through to onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels to attract highly skilled professionals in the industry.
- Screen CVs in alignment with the hiring manager's criteria, conduct HR interviews, and create a shortlist for the hiring manager's review to filter applicants, identify potential matches, and provide the hiring manager with the most promising candidates for further assessment.
- Handle the process of internal employee transfers, by managing the procedures related to internal mobility to retain talent within the organization and offer employees growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate database.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define job specifications and the talent profile for complex roles.
- Continuously add resumes of candidates who meet current and potential job requirements, to create a readily available pool of qualified candidates for future vacancies and reduce time-to-fill.
- Handle the offer process and onboarding paperwork by preparing and distributing job offers, pre-employment medical check-up letters, and hiring documents for selected candidates, to formally extend job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in recruitment events by supporting in organizing employment fairs, to promote the company as an employer of choice and attract potential candidates in a direct, interactive setting.
- Establish and maintain high recruitment standards and streamline procedures to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably business administration.
