Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a talent management framework that aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Lead the performance management process including goal setting, evaluations, KPIs alignment, and feedback cycles.
Identify high-potential talent and develop robust succession planning programs across all entities.
Manage career pathing, skills gap analysis, and development planning to support employee growth and organizational capability building.
Collaborate with HR, L&D, and department leaders to support leadership development initiatives.
Ensure all talent programs and initiatives are aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) standards and goals.
Monitor key talent and OD metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports to support executive decision-making.
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement, retention strategies, and workforce planning initiatives.
Support organizational development projects and lead culture-building activities across group companies.
Lead and manage end-to-end manpower planning processes, including workforce forecasting and scenario modeling to align with business needs.
Oversee organizational structure development, including regular reviews and updates to ensure optimal design and operational efficiency.
Develop, maintain, and enhance HR governance tools such as job descriptions, organizational policies and procedures, and the authority matrix.
Provide strategic oversight and guidance on organizational KPIs to ensure alignment with performance and strategic direction.
Drive continuous improvement in organization design and effectiveness, in coordination with top leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a talent management or organizational development role.
- Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in performance management tools, talent analytics, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into insights.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or HRIS systems (SAP is an advantage).
