Job Description

Dentist HR Partner: 

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Dentist HR Partner to lead operator scheduling, medical hiring, and onboarding operations across our branches. This role is critical to ensuring optimal staff coverage, smooth onboarding, and compliance with labor laws while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage weekly operator schedules with branch managers to ensure efficient staffing.
• Review- and approve operator vacation requests while maintaining adequate coverage.
• Provide alternative operator arrangements for unplanned absences to ensure continuity of care.
• Lead the hiring process for all medical positions: job postings, CV screening, selection, interviewing, documentation collection, and final offer coordination.
• Oversee the entire onboarding process, including orientation, induction into branches, technical assessments, and feedback collection on the OJT (on-the-job training) phase.
• Monitor staffing needs and recommend adjustments based on patient volume and operational demands.
• Ensure full compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain open and effective communication with operators, branch managers, and HR team members to manage staffing and resolve concerns..


Position Details:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (Mandatory)

  • Reporting to: Chief Clinical Services Officer (CCSO)
  • Department: HR & Administration
  • Location: Headquarters – Nasr City (with weekly visits to branches).

Job Requirements

  • Requirements and qualifications 
  • Education:  Bachelor's degree in Dentistry. MBA or Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with operators, branch managers. Ability to effectively convey scheduling changes, onboarding processes, policies, and expectations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple schedules, vacation requests, onboarding processes, and alternative arrangements. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts, staffing gaps, onboarding challenges, and unexpected changes. Ability to think creatively and provide efficient solutions.
