Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on selling infrastructure-based SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise-level organizations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of consultative selling in the tech space, preferably with infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps-related products.

  • Own and lead revenue growth for infrastructure SaaS offerings, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target verticals and emerging markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, DevOps leaders, IT Managers).
  • Conduct strategic outreach, presentations, and demos tailored to client needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to align revenue strategies and customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify potential for new revenue streams or product-market fit expansion.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in the CRM system and contribute to revenue planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in infrastructure, cloud services, or DevOps-related SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and digital transformation needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a technical sales environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
