Job Description
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Promote and sell laboratory equipment, chemicals, and consumables to research institutions, universities, and diagnostic labs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct regular visits to current and prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Biotechnology, or Science related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the laboratory or scientific field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Self-motivated, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience dealing with university labs, research centers, or pharmaceutical QC/QA labs.
- Familiarity with laboratory products and technical terminology.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
