Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and qualify new leads using both internal tools and external sources. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support consistent sales performance.
  • Customer Targeting: Utilize product and market knowledge to identify prospective customers and industries with high growth potential.
  • Market Penetration Strategy: Support the development of go-to-market strategies for entering new regions and industries using data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market information including pricing trends, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Solution Selling: Tailor and propose solutions that address customer needs, even beyond standard offerings, by collaborating with cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that align with business goals, including contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align product capabilities with client needs and market demand.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to provide strategic input and drive innovation.
  • Best Practice Adoption: Recommend and apply best practices to improve internal sales processes, products, and client engagement models.
  • Influence & Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively with internal stakeholders and occasionally external partners, vendors, or clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably across multiple industries.
  • Exposure to lead generation, pipeline building, and client engagement in a commercial or technical sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ambition to grow in the B2B sales field, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with preparing and supporting financial and technical proposals, including contribution to tenders or RFPs.
  • Strong KPI awareness — ability to understand, track, and achieve performance targets such as lead conversion rate, sales quota, pipeline velocity, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with English fluency (written and verbal).
  • Ability to understand customer pain points, position solutions effectively, and support deal closure.
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Technology.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 30%) to engage with prospects and customers when needed.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, propose relevant solutions, and support deal closure in a consultative sales model.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts or opportunities in parallel.
  • A growth mindset with eagerness to learn, take initiative, and evolve within a high-performance sales environment.

  • Strong interest in the Tech, Services, or B2B sectors, with the ability to understand and communicate technical or solution-based value propositions.
  • Ability to work in a matrix or multicultural environment, with sensitivity to diverse perspectives and business dynamics.
  • Exposure to Lean thinking, continuous improvement, or structured sales. processes (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN Selling) is beneficial.
