Job Description
• Identify and target potential B2B clients, including contractors, construction companies, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and building materials sectors.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, technical proposals, and quotations tailored to project requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification, to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure technical and logistical alignment with project needs.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and enhance market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments to identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B project sales, preferably in the doors, construction, or building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Technical knowledge of wooden, steel, fire-rated, or automatic door systems.
• Experience working with government, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with tendering processes and project documentation.
