Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to the sales team
  • Motivate team members and optimize their performance
  • Evaluate team members' performance and provide regular feedback
  • Resolve conflicts among team members and maintain a positive work environment
  • Represent the company at conferences and trade exhibitions
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Manager

Business Development:

  • Implement sales strategies
  • Analyze the market and identify new opportunities
  • Set realistic, ambitious, and achievable sales targets
  • Develop action plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Contribute to developing new marketing materials

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Manage outgoing shipments and invoice issuance
  • Monitor accounts receivable and collection processes
  • Prepare periodic sales reports
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Utilize data to improve current sales strategies
