Job Description
- We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on land acquisitions and development.
- We’re hiring a motivated phone specialist to build relationships with landowners, engineers, developers, and builders.
- You’ll make outbound calls to identify opportunities, qualify sellers, and support deal-making. This is a consultative role—not high-pressure sales.
- You’ll track leads and build rapport.

Job Requirements
- Strong spoken English; confident and clear communicator
- Experience in sales, cold calling, real estate, or acquisitions is a plus
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging stakeholders
- Excellent listener and question-asker. High emotional intelligence is a must.
- Highly organized; able to manage follow-ups and CRM notes
- Must be responsive during business hours (US time zones)
- Stable internet and quiet work environment
- Tech-savvy: Google Sheets, CRM, email
