Job Description

  • We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on land acquisitions and development.
  • We’re hiring a motivated phone specialist to build relationships with landowners, engineers, developers, and builders.
  • You’ll make outbound calls to identify opportunities, qualify sellers, and support deal-making. This is a consultative role—not high-pressure sales.
  • You’ll track leads and build rapport.
  • Perfect for someone who enjoys conversations, strategic thinking, and real estate at the next level.

Job Requirements

  • Strong spoken English; confident and clear communicator
  • Experience in sales, cold calling, real estate, or acquisitions is a plus
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging stakeholders
  • Excellent listener and question-asker. High emotional intelligence is a must.
  • Highly organized; able to manage follow-ups and CRM notes
  • Must be responsive during business hours (US time zones)
  • Stable internet and quiet work environment
  • Tech-savvy: Google Sheets, CRM, email
